Sursum Corda is a group of 9 Catholic Primary schools in Birmingham who actively work together to improve school outcomes; enrich Catholic Life, support staff professional development, develop the curriculum and seek for ways to support one another to ensure the best outcomes for all our pupils.

School leaders work in group to evaluate and monitor each other's schools in a process called Peer to Peer reviews. Teaching staff get together to moderate work and share best practice; this is done through staff meetings, school time co-ordinators meetings and moderation days. The group work hard to get experts in to train and work with staff across schools, whether it be on statutory assessments or a curriculum area.

Schools also share best practice and school visits are encouraged across the cluster to see best practice.

The schools areChrist The King, Corpus Christi, English Martyrs, Holy Family, St. Ambrose Barlow, St. Bernadette's,  St. Cuthbert's, St Gerard's and St. Margaret Mary

The schools represent different and diverse communities across Birmingham from Kingstanding, Stechford, Sparkhill, Small Heath, Hall Green, Yardley, Erdington and Castle Vale. There are over 2,500 pupils in the schools, from age 3-11 years old.
